Payments are received to Soothfast Skincare Ltd accounts either via Paypal using their terms and conditions or via internet banking. In all cases clients deposit the purchase price into Soothfast Skincare Ltd’s accounts prior to shipment of goods to the address provided.
Our prices are displayed on our website. Our Postage and Packaging prices are listed as to the quantity you are purchasing. If NZ Post change their postage prices without our knowledge we have the right to contact you for any discrepancies whether over or under charged.
We ship our goods using the NZ Post system. If your goods do not arrive in good condition please contact us immediately via our website using the contact form so that we may arrange a return and replacement. If you provide us with an incorrect address we cannot be held responsible for the goods not being delivered. If your goods do not arrive within one week of us sending your confirmation email please advise us via the contact form on our website.
At present we are only using non-tracked post. While this method is usually satisfactory and is a more cost-effective option we can not be held responsible for any problems that may arise. Use of non-traceable shipping is at customer’s own risk and there is no way to retrieve or locate the package once it has been sent. We are not responsible for delays, loss or damage stemming from shipments sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages shipped via untracked parcel services at any time and under any circumstance.
Soothfast Skincare Ltd makes every effort to ensure the quality of our products. if you are not satisfied with our product please email within seven days of delivery. We cannot refund postage and packaging costs but will refund the price paid for the pottles in full.
Your personal information is recorded purely for the means of processing your transaction. We record your information on our database for future purchases, sending out samples or surveys. You can contact us at anytime to have your personal details removed. Under no circumstances will Soothfast Skincare Ltd sell or distribute your personal information to any other third parties.
